| How do I place my order? | We accept orders via our website www.crafts4kids.co.uk. Simply select your products and add to your shopping basket.
At present we are only shipping within the UK. |

| How do I pay for my order? |
Credit/Debit Card
You can pay by credit or debit card through Protx secure payment pages. These pages are protected by SSL (secure socket Layer) technology.
Cheque
Send us your cheque made payable to Crafts4Kids.
Please write your order number, cheque guarantee number, guarantee amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque.
Send it to Crafts4Kids Unit 2, Trentside, Gunthorpe, Nottingham, NG14 7FB.

| Vouchers & Discounts | If you have a voucher or discount code please enter this in the checkout. The code needs to be entered in UPPER CASE and applies to the goods value of your order (not P&P).
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in full against a goods value equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.
Discount codes are applied to the value of goods in your cart not to P&P

| How much is postage and packing? | UK Mainland
Postage and packing standard charge is
£2.50 up to 300g
£3.50 up to 750g
£4.95 up to 3.0kg
Orders over 3.0kg are charged at £5.75 .
Products marked as Heavy Items will be charged at £7.50 P&P
If you are just ordering gift vouchers, there will be no postage charge.
General
We will not charge postage on subsequent deliveries if we need to split your order.
Where possible we use environmentally friendly packaging materials.
Tip: Save on post and packing - combine your order with a friend.

| When will I receive my order? | Orders received by 6pm will be shipped next working day. You should normally receive your order within 3-5 working days from the shipment date. As we get closer to Christmas this may extend so please leave plenty of time for your Christmas shopping.
Express Delivery is available . This service normally achieves delivery 1-2 working days from the shipment date. UK Mainland only
If you have paid by cheque we will despatch your order as soon as your cheque has cleared,

| Can my order be gift wrapped? | Have your gifts wrapped in our fun and colourful wrapping paper suitable for all occasions and celebrations!
Please enter the number of items to be gift wrapped, your instructions for wrapping and your gift message will be entered in the checkout pages.
We can send your gifts to a seperate delivery address. If your gifts are going to several different delivery addresses, please enter a new order for each delivery address.

| Can I have my order delivered to a different address? | | We are happy to deliver your order to a separate address, please remember that we need your invoice address as well. We will send invoice information to your invoice address only. |

| I need my order urgently | Orders received by 6pm will be shipped next working day. Selecting the Express Delivery will normally see your order delivered 1-2 working days from the shipment date. UK Mainland only.

| How do I return goods? | Simply send us an email at
contact@Crafts4Kids.co.uk.
Please provide us with your order number , product code and description, and your reason for wishing to return this item.
If your goods are faulty, damaged or we have sent the wrong product, please return them via Parcel Post at the Post Office and we will refund the cost of postage to you.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will send out the exchange items or process your refund .
Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original undamaged packaging.
You must get proof of posting from your post office to 'insure' the goods as you are responsible for any returned goods until they are received at our warehouse.
If you have paid by cheque, a refund cheque will be sent out within a week of receiving the goods back. If you paid by card, the refund will appear on your next statement.
Returns When Your Order Qualified for Free Postage & Packing
Where the value of your original order entitled you to a current free postage and packing offer, and the return of unwanted goods reduces the value of your retained goods to below the offer threshold, our standard P&P charge of £4.95 will be deducted from the refund made to you.

| Can I cancel my order? | | Yes. Email us at contact@Crafts4Kids.co.uk confirming you wish to cancel your order providing your order number, product code and description of the goods you wish to cancel. If your order has not yet been despatched we will cancel it and refund your credit or debit card. If the goods have already been despatched we will send you a returns form and you will be refunded once the goods are back with us. |

| Are my details secure? | | Card payments are made via our secure payment page protected by SSL (secure socket layer) technology. This ensures that unauthorised parties do not intercept your personal and banking details. You can verify this by checking for a padlock image on the bottom right hand corner of the browser. |

| What happens if my goods are not in stock? | If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will contact you quickly and give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.You can of course change your order for another item which is in stock. We can cancel your order for you if neither option is appropriate.

| What's the small print? | Products are described as accurately as possible, but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.
Our products conform to European safety standards.
Some of our products contain small parts and are classified as unsuitable for children under 3. However many of these provide excellent creative opportunities for children of this age with adult supervision.
We reserve the right to alter our terms and specifications without further notice.
