If you’ve ever wanted to encourage the children to take an interest in sustainability in a fun way (which doesn’t involve getting your wellies on!) now here’s your chance!

Go Green The Game from One Earth Toys is the highly acclaimed new educational board game that is exciting and great for the whole family to play.

It works like this; move your wheelbarrow around the board to collect fruit, vegetables, pigs and chickens.  The winner is the first to fill their garden and allotment with the most produce and animals.

Seems simple? It is, but ‘Green Fingers’ cards turn up unexpected twists and turns along the way so you’ll have to protect your chickens from foxes, sell your crops and livestock at the village fair and avoid drought, bird flu, and your animals escaping!  And to make things even more interesting there’s ‘Natural Selection’ cards - thought-provoking multiple choice questions you answer to win hay-bales.

Crafts4Kids is delighted to add the fabulous and ethical Go Green board game into our range and as the Sunday Times said ‘Don’t encourage kids to become greedy bankers with Monopoly - keep them green with this Good Life game.’ Here, here!

With recommendations from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage and Prince Charles it really does come highly recommended.  Suggested for ages 7 to very old indeed!
