Delivery Charges

Crafts4kids delivery charges are determined by the weight of your order, the delivery location and the service requested.

The delivery time quoted is the number of working days  from date of despatch.

Orders placed by 9am on a working day will normally be despatched same day subject to stock availability.

There is no weekend collection service.  Therefore, an order packed by our warehouse on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the carrier until Monday morning.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase made from Crafts4kids. If you are disatisfied for any reason, we operate a no quibble return policy. Please complete the returns form below within seven working days of receipt and we will be in contact with you to resolve the matter.

If your goods are faulty, damaged or in rare cases where we have sent the wrong product,we will refund the cost of postage to you if you are required to return them to us.

If you simply wish to return or to exhange an item we are unable to refund your original delivery charges.

Upon receipt of your returned goods we will send out the exchange items or process your refund within one working day. If you wish to exhange an item for an aternative you will need to pay the re delivery charge at the standard rate.

Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original undamaged packaging and be in a resale condition.

Please return your goods via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service and ensure you get proof of posting from your post office to 'insure' the goods as you are responsible for any returned goods until they are received at our warehouse.

If we receive no  notification that you wish to return the items within seven working days you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
