Well I've finally had to make my mind up as to what to get my girls for Christmas with under a week to go! I have two girls who are completely different with varying interests so I've chosen presents for them (from Father Christmas as well as their dad and me!) which I hope will bring great excitement and fun once they are opened on Tuesday morning.
For my eldest I've chosen the Thames And Kosmos Stars And Planets science kit as she absolutely loves stargazing and spotting planets so hopefully she will enjoy making her own models and launching a rocket! Another favourite activity of hers is storytelling so I've got her the Story Box - Create Your Own Fairytale jigsaw puzzle where she can make up her own fairytales and tell a different story every time. She is very creative and loves craft kits so I have also included the Aquarellum Mini Cats painting kit for her to try once she has finished the Sentosphere Diamond Canvas - Horse kit that she is currently obsessed with! As she enjoys colouring I'm also going to put Djeco Glitter Markers in her stocking from Father Christmas to add to her collection.
As for my younger girl, she absolutely loves role playing and imaginative play so I have chosen the lovely Janod Doctor's Suitcase for her to play at doctors and nurses with her toys and us and also the Cotton Reversible Pink Crown as she wants to be a princess and the Seedling Littles Magical Unicorn Dress Up Cape from her auntie as she also wants to be a superhero too! For her stocking I've got her the Velvet Colouring - Baby Birds by Djeco as she also loves colouring like her sister and wants to join in with her.
I hope they both enjoy what I've chosen - fingers crossed that I might have nearly got it right! For any last-minute Christmas inspiration take a look at our suggestions here. Merry Christmas!!
