You play clockwise. Deal out the cards. The players look to see if they can make up pairs in their game. If he can create a pair with this new card, he places the pair in front of him.  If this card does not allow him to create a pair, he keeps it. Then it is the turn of the next player (the one who has just given him the card) to draw from the hand of his own neighbour on the left. And so on. All the cards form a pair except for the Mistigri card!!
