Pre-orders

Occasionally, some items can be delayed in customs so where we know they are in transit to our warehouse and should arrive within a week or two we make them available for pre-order.  If you place an order with an item labelled "pre-order" then  your whole order will be held back until they arrive with us.

We will also enable new items to be bought on a pre-order basis once they are in transit to us.  This can help you secure the stock in popular Djeco collections where the stock availability is usually limited initially.
