Moulin Roty's new collection La Bande a Jojo features a cast of cheerful animal characters with a whimsical French storybook style. The emphasis is on friendship, adventure, humour and everyday discoveries that children can relate to and encourages imagination, storytelling and screen-free play.

This 3-in-1 lantern projects 32 images of Jojo and friends' incredible adventures, casts Eliott the lion's shadow, while also works as a gentle nightlight. The nightlight is set to turn off automatically after 15 minutes.

Rather than telling a fixed story, the projected scenes act as prompts that children and parents can use to invent their own adventures.

The lantern has three functions:

  1. Story projector – projects illustrated scenes onto a wall or ceiling.
  2. Shadow projector – creates shadow-play effects for imaginative storytelling.
  3. Night light – provides a soft glow to help children settle at bedtime.
