How do subscriptions work?

  • Pay for the initial order and start a subscription
  • You can buy both one-time products and subscription products in the same order, but only the subscription products will be included in the subscription.
  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • When you start a new subscription, you will receive an email confirmation informing you that you have just started a subscription.

How can I manage my subscriptions?
You can easily access your subscriptions and modify them directly from your customer account page or here. View, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription easily.   

Can I cancel my subscription?
After two orders you can cancel the subscription within your account.  Simply log in using your email address.  We can also do this, just contact us via the chat or email us
